FAQ

• Please enter special requests in the comments field on the reservation form and select the option to have a live agent complete your request.

• To help protect your credit card from fraudulent activity, we take extra time to verify passenger information. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure (Central Daylight Time). If the airline you have selected requires paper tickets you will be notified of delivery options. Naturally if you require paper tickets, time must be allowed for delivery of the tickets from our US location.

•Airlines charge fees for paper tickets issued when electronic ticketing is available. Therefore, we issue all tickets electronically unless a paper ticket is required by the airline. When required, paper tickets do not have additional fees other than shipping charges.

Prices

• The price of the tickets includes taxes and fees which are imposed on air transportation by government authorities. Taxes and fees, which may represent a significant portion of the cost of air travel are either included in the fare or shown separately in the "TAX" box(es) of the ticket(s).

Tickets are NOT refundable or transferable.

Passenger Classes
FIRST CLASS -
Seats are big and comfy front-of-the-plane recliners, which make it possible for even the tallest person to stretch their legs out. The food is served on china with tablecloths, real glasses, and a full meal is presented in courses. Drinks, including fine wines, champagne and cognac are complimentary as well.
BUSINESS CLASS -
A business-class seat offers the same service as standard first-class, including complimentary drinks, a full meal, wide seats and entertainment. This level of flying is great for those who do so frequently, want space and good service, but don't require the endless pampering provided in the first class cabin.
ECONOMY / COACH CLASS -
This is the bare bones, point A to point B level of travel most people endure. The three-across seating, snack-only, cramped style of travel is something to be tolerated, rather than enjoyed, particularly on longer flights. Some airlines are attempting to improve the coach flying experience with slightly more legroom and slightly wider seats, but there's no getting around it: coach is not first-class.
